Cham dance Festivals are organized and held in many temples and monasteries. They make special costumes, ornamentation, masks, and musical instruments. These items are treasured in the temples and before using them Cham dancers have to pass through several religious rituals.
Other festivals also include the unfurling of a giant Thangka, processions or horse racing.
